Cancellation policy

Myome subscriptions automatically ship and bill on the schedule you choose until you cancel.

Billing

Your card is charged at each renewal for the products in your subscription, plus any applicable shipping. Free shipping still applies when the order total meets the $70 threshold.

Changes and skips

You can update payment details, change frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel before the next renewal. Email zack@itsmyome.com if you cannot make a change in your account.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund a shipment that has already been processed or sent, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause the subscription until payment succeeds. We will email you if we need an update.
