These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Myome website and to orders placed with Myome. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The store

The store is powered by Shopify. Checkout, payments, and account features may be provided by Shopify and its payment partners.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price or promotion was listed in error, we cannot verify payment, or we cannot ship to the address provided. If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund you.

Prices are in US dollars. Product descriptions, images, and availability can change. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges on the schedule you select until you cancel. You can cancel before the next renewal. Details are in our Subscription Policy.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for anything unlawful. Product content and branding belong to Myome and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myome is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
